An update from our office
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we need to take necessary precautions to do our part to prevent the spread of the illness. We will have limited appointments over the next few months.
We will be pre-screening to all patients that come to our office. You may be asked to reschedule your appointment based on your results.
ALL patients are required to wear a mask in the building at all times.
We have limited the number of staff and patients in our office. We ask that ONLY the patient enter the building. Anyone else coming with you MUST remain in the vehicle. All new patients will be asked to complete all paperwork from your vehicle.
We are doing our part to abide by CDC guidelines and want to remind everyone that hand washing; personal hygiene and social distancing are the best defense against COVID-19.
Thank you for your understanding during this time.
